Thank you for your love of surplusfun. If you are not satisfied with our product, please let us know and we can help you return  it within 30 days of receipt, minus return shipping and handling.

Returns are allowed

  • Received damaged product (excluding outer packaging damaged in transit)
  • Products received in error

Cannot be returned:

  • Used items.
  • You lost the original packaging.
  • The item is broken or damaged.
  • The return period has expired.
  • We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during the return process.

For non-defective returned merchandise, we may charge 20% of the retail price of each product as a re-stocking, handling and transaction fee, shipping charges will not be refunded.Once we receive the return and confirm that there is no problem we will arrange a refund for you on the same day.

PLEASE NOTE. If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise the order is sent out and we are unable to stop it.

Refund Policy


If you don't like the package you received, please let us know so we can help you return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund minus return shipping and handling.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened and used. Returns of defective items must be arranged within 30 days of the date of receipt of the order If a defective part is reported and a label is sent to you, but the returned label is perfectly fine or damaged, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund. If the returned item is not in the same condition as when it was sent, the refund may be denied and your item may be returned to you at your expense. If your part is not eligible for a refund, we will contact you and if there is no response within 7 days, the part will be properly recycled.
