Part 1 - What do we do with your information?
When you purchase an item from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect personal information that you provide to us, such as your name, address and e-mail address.
We also automatically receive the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer when you browse our store in order to provide us with information that helps us understand your browser and operating system.
Email Marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you obtain my consent?

Section 4 - Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data stores, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on secure servers behind firewalls.
Payments:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only stored for as long as it takes to complete the purchase transaction. Upon completion, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, which is managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
-DSS requirements help ensure that credit card information is handled securely by our stores and their service providers.
Part 5 - Cookies
- A “cookie” is a data file placed on your device or computer that typically contains an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies and how to disable them, please visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
- “Log files” track actions that occur on the Site and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamp. Please note that the collection of device information is automatic and occurs when you interact with our website.

Once you leave our Store's website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you will no longer be subject to this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Service.
